Finally the wait is over as the highly-anticipated TV series The Last of Us is on our screens. Fans were eagerly waiting for this series and the first episode of the series has been released on January 15, 2023.

The Last of Us can be one of the best series' of the year. It stars The Mandalorian's Pedro Pascal as Joel and Game of Thrones' Bella Ramsey as Ellie.

Starring alongside Pascal and Ramsey are Gabriel Luna (True Detective) as Joel’s younger brother Tommy, Merle Dandridge (The Flight Attendant) as resistance leader Marlene and Anna Torv (Mindhunter) as smuggler Tess.

The series will also star Murray Bartlett (The White Lotus) and Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreation) as Frank and Bill and Storm Reid (Euphoria) as Riley, with special appearances from original Joel and Ellie voice actors Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson.

The Last of Us:- When and where to watch in the US?

The Last of Us will have total nine episodes, with the first one premiering on January 15 (Sunday) at 9 pm ET at HBO in the US. It will also stream in 4k at HBO Max. The episodes will release weekly on Sundays in the US until the finale on March 13, 2023.

The Last of Us:- When and where to watch in the UK?

In the UK, the first episode of The Last of Us is scheduled to be aired on January 16 (Monday) at 2 am GMT at Sky Atlantic. The episodes will also stream on NOW in the UK after they have aired. The Last of US episodes release weekly on Mondays in the UK until the finale.

This series has been created by the original video game creator Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin, who is best known for creating HBO's Chernobyl mini-series.
