"Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered, body had injury marks" - Cooper hospital employee claimed

Roopkumar Shah, a mortuary servant in the Cooper hospital claimed that the Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered. He said that there were beating and injury marks on his body.

It is a biggest claim after the two years of actor's death. Sushant Singh Rajput's body was brought in for post-mortem in the Cooper hospital. Roopkumar Shah told his seniors that Sushant's body had injury marks but he was said that it would be discussed later.

"When I saw Sushant Singh Rajput's body it didn't appear to be a case of suicide. Injuries marks were there on his body. I went to my senior but he said we will discuss it later," Roopkumar Shah said to ANI.

"It's doctor's job as to what to write in Post mortem report. He should get justice. Everyone can tell by looking at the picture of Sushant Singh Rajput that he was murdered. If the investigating agency will call me, I will also tell them," he added.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020. Initially, the case was investigated by the Mumbai police but after a huge public outrage, the case was transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

This case also went to Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Narcotics Control Bureau. Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant's girlfriend, was arrested in this case. She is out on bail now.

Sushant Singh Rajput's lawyer Vikas Singh refused to comment on the claim of mortuary servant. He told Times of India, "I will not be able to comment on the same as the sisters have not told me about it. But I maintain that Sushant Singh Rajput's death was not a simple suicide as there was conspiracy behind it. And only CBI will be able to unravel the conspiracy behind his death."

Sushant Singh Rajput had made his Bollywood debut with the movie Kai Po Che in 2013. Then, he appeared in many films such as PK, MS Dhoni - The Untold Story, Kedarnath, Sonchiriya, Raabta, Chhichhore and among others. His last movie was Dil Bechara opposite Sanjana Sanghi, which was released after his death.
